кости. Синдром стал главной бедой для больного, поскольку он был вынужден «изменить стиль своей жизни». Он перестал играть в теннис, пользоваться топором или электропилой, ему пришлось научиться выполнять действия левой рукой, т. е. стать «леворуким». Во время обследования у него были обнаружены миофасциальные триггерные точки: самая активная — в супинаторе предплечья, а также в плечелучевой мышце, длинных разгибателях III и IV пальцев и, наконец, в плечевой мышце. Трехглавая мышца не была поражена. Миофасциальные триггерные точки двух мышц — мышцы — супинатора предплечья и разгибателя безымянного пальца кисти — отражали боль непосредственно в область латерального надмыщелка плечевой кости. После обкалывания миофасциальных триггерных точек 0,5 % раствором новокаина симптомы теннисного локтя и болезненность при поколачивании кончиком пальца в области латерального надмыщелка плечевой кости исчезли.
